John Denver, a singer-songwriter from Colorado who focused on folk-pop music that was a hit with millions of fans. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. was born in Roswell, New Mexico. He was enthralled by Colorado and settled down in Aspen. Denver's state anthems, which are well-known, have drawn many people newcomers to Colorado. G.
